Wow! What a JOKE of a company. They kept changing the delivery date of my son's delivery and claimed he changed it. At one time we were told the truck was in the area but he was not ready for delivery so they did not stop. He was never informed. We spoke to managers and representatives and it took nearly 2 months to get his items! One dispatcher we spoke to hung up the phone on us. They had no intention of delivering his items. Also, the amount we paid was not the amount quoted. The driver that delivered the items stated he was leaving the company; my son's load was his last load. That should tell you something.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE BOJOS.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $2100

Where do I start with this absolute dumpster fire of a company. Started off strong with trying to get a quote, which was substantially less than everyone else on the market, which was also the first red flag in the next line of what ended up being months of waiting, ungodly amounts of damaged and lost items, and learning that the movers they employ are sent out solo on 16+ hour days, in which they are rushed and further damage property. They were 2 days late arriving, which there was no explanation nor excuse for. After asking about it, the dispatch was extremely rude when we inquired on what was going on. When they arrived, the dryer was not tied to the hand truck, which it can’t be confirmed if it would have saved it when someone came past the movers, but with not signing for the added insurance (which if you are dumb enough to employ these bozos, the insurance is at very least MANDATORY if you want to get anything in return for when they damage your property). The $1200 dryer was only told to be reimbursed for $75, which we never received. When the truck made it to the destination, ALL OF THE ITEMS FOR EVERY DELIVERY THAT DAY WAS LOOSE. Not a single thing was covered with moving mats, but bunched in the corner of the truck. They lost several items, including a desk top and a cabinet, as well as bending the frame of the bed, scratched countless wooden furniture pieces, scratched 100+ year old flooring by dragging said frame across it, and denting the outer housing of the washer with a ratchet strap that had no other protection between the ratchet and the case.

We have waited over the 90 days to get any of our money that is OWED TO US but they have not called back or responded. What this company does violates BBB in the state of Florida for their gross negligence and will be reported as such. We are past trying to do anything with this company so at this point, buyer freakin’ beware. This company will make moving a complete nightmare and the owners should be ashamed of running such a disgusting business. Giving our compensations for what was over $4000 worth of damage doesn’t even begin to start making this right. I don’t know how many other customers have been screwed over by this scam of a company, but quite honestly, my heart goes out to anyone who has been scammed, screwed over, lied to, and cheated by this BS.

SCAMMER ALERT!!!! , I too am a victim of this scammer. They offer you a binding quote, but after that, they become a thief. Communication is not existent. My pickup wasn't confirmed until the day before even though I told them I had to book a flight to in order to meet them on pick up day. 1st day of pick up= Late 7 hours. Picked up most furniture with no issues. 2nd day of pick up=8 hours late. Finished packing truck at 10pm, still needed another truck for rest of stuff but they had not planned on such and I had to fly back home. Before leaving on the second day, they told me my quote was changing from 29K to 43K due to the extra stuff that they say I must have added. I told them that they had quoted 323 items and had only packed 262 so obviously I didn't add anything extra. They refused to return to pick up the rest of my items unless I signed a new contract, immediately, which is illegal. Day of delivery was supposed to be 7/8/22. They contacted me and said that they can't make that delivery date. They don't know when the delivery will happen. Expect more charges due to truck not being able to get to my house even thought they don't know when the truck will arrive.... I will be taking legal action against this company. They report your volume as cubic feet estimates but then use wardrobe boxes that are not packed full to take up cubic feet space in the truck! RUN AWAY AND NEVER TALK TO THEM AGAIN....SCAMMER ALERT, SCAMMER ALERT!!!!

You did not deliver my things. What you did needed to be thrown away and replaced. Boxes smashed things broken. Missing big items air compressor, generator, dressers, and sideboards for bed, generational pictures 1800s, brand new upright walker,Tannaou cover for truck, many many other small important to me. They broke a dresser leg and tried to glue it. I only noticed it because blanket was stuck to it. I saw glue. As days go by I am realizing what a mistake it was falling for the statement, ‘we are a family business’. So sad. Already spent thousands and will spend thousands more to replace things entrusted to them. Not to mention things that cannot be replaced.

I booked a move through Angi's list as well. I ended up paying $2000 more than my quote. Pickup was a day late and not in the window it was stated. I was told it would be a two hour move and it ended up being 9+ hours and I was charged more for stairs (apparently one flight of stairs is 7 steps). Communication was poor for delivery and they did not arrive in the time that I had booked the elevator. I then had to pay $400 to have them wait until the elevator was available otherwise they were going to send my stuff to a storage unit and I would have to pay more. The movers didn't speak english and we used google translate but they had no idea what was going on and forced me to pay before all of my stuff was moved. I have never had a worse moving experience DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I hired Absolute Moving Services, and they did pick up my furniture, but have failed to deliver it. It has been a month, yet no delivery. They keep asking for more money and I have given them $30,000.00, and all they want is more money. I have paid in FULL, still no furniture! My furnishings were to be moved from CA to Northwest Arkansas. One month later, no furniture. DON'T HIRE ABSOLUTE RELOCATION SERVICE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! They are nothing but scammers and the only communications are for more money!

I booked a move with this company from Angi's List. It initially appeared they had good reviews, but upon further investigation, I learned a lot more. They have several names, locations (FL, NC, CA, MO, IL), and websites (absoluterelocationcompany.com and absoluterelocationservices.com with the same US DOT # 3795591) listed online and are posting fake 5 star reviews in order to obtain more unsuspecting customers. Finding them now on BBB, listed under 2 separate addresses in MO, and on Google reviews, I can see others have had the same issues as me or worse. Here's my story - I booked an out-of-state move in June 2022 for an August 2022 move date. I was quoted $6445 for the move and charged a $1600 deposit on day of booking. Then the problems began. My apt building required a certificate of insurance from the movers. I called, I emailed, I wrote a new request on their website, most of the time receiving no response. Over a month later my building finally received their form. I was told by Steve, the rep who did my estimate, that a person named Derek would be calling me to confirm all my items and box count a few days before the move. No call came, then 1 day before the move, I called the company and received this message "The Verizon user you are trying to reach is no longer in service." I called Steve, Paul, the number on the website, all had a disconnected message. I also emailed 3 separate email addresses and received an "undeliverable" message. I had no contact from anyone in the company for over a month to confirm our move and it was happening in less than 24 hrs! I was obviously concerned about fraud at this point. I called my credit card company to dispute the $1600 charge and emergently booked with another company. Then, that evening, I sent one final email, that miraculously went through and I made it clear that due to abandonment by Absolute Relocation Services, I was forced to make other arrangements. To add insult to injury, they are now disputing my credit card dispute and trying to keep my $1600 deposit despite a complete lack of contact, communication or service. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
